LogixPro V1.6.1 PLC Simulator.rar

LogixPro – 500 SoftwareLogixPro Simulation is a real time desktop software that is capable of simulating the operation of sequential control devices, including the Rockwell RSLogix 500 ladder logic processor. LogixPro provides a visual component interface that is easy to learn and use.
From initial settings to PLC operation, training and troubleshooting are all accessible with the LogixPro. This includes the ability to simulate the operation of your machine, program it, make adjustments, and repeat. What’s New in LogixPro Simulation Software: LogixPro Simulation’s powerful simulation engine handles any PLC emulated by LogixPro Simulation. LogixPro Simulation is configured to model Rockwell’s RSLogix 500 PLC. There are no limits to the number of PLCs, or the number of components on a PLC.
LogixPro Simulation recognizes and works with all PLC configurations.

With our release of the LogixPro Software Simulator, we have eliminated the need for a high powered PLC simulator. A simulator uses a programming language to control a piece of equipment. The difficulty with this program is that the user must have the right PLC card to run the PLC instruction in the Programming Language to operate the simulator. (Some newer simulators may be able to support different PLCs, but they are not compatible with all the data types.) As you can see in Fig. (3) the simulation software performs all the functions of the real PLC but the programmer does not need the PLC to activate the simulation. For a program that is designed to run on an IBM PC or compatible, the simulated PLC is perfect.

Click on settings on the right hand side of the main screen. In here you can turn off the system sound alerts, the pointer, and any other shows on the screen, as I’ve already done here. There is a menu, by clicking on the small menu here. There you can select a simulation. I’ve selected the simulation I have already shown you. In this simulation there are ten different factory floors. It uses eight codes for the different paths. In the menu here, choose “show”. This will cause the graphics window on the screen. So it will simulate the PLC as it goes along through its task cycle. When it is running, there will be a small yellow rectangle shown on the screen. If you are using the free version, then you will have two windows opened on your screen. This is so you can see the simulation on the right hand side and the dialog box on the left. So this is my first lesson on how to use the LogixPro PLC simulator. So now let’s take a look at what we just learned. First, we will look at the RJ library. We can select our program by clicking here. So I’ve selected a basic program of “A = 100.”
To run the program, we need to download it. If there are no errors in the program, the download button will be active. After successful download of the program, the LogixPro Simulation software will scan and I/O the program.
